Forging Furnaces
Armil CFS manufactures a variety of furnaces for forge shops. Each furnace is designed
and manufactured according to specific customer requirements. Armil CFS manufactures
custom box furnaces, slot furnaces, car bottom furnaces, etc… for all forging applications.
Every Armil CFS is designed using a rugged steel shell, the latest in combustion
equipment, modern, easy to use controllers, and efficient refractory linings.
Large Box Furnace
- Anneals , stress relieves, and heats stock
to forging temperatures
- +/- 25°F at set point temperatures from
800°F to 2450°F

2 Chamber Forge Furnace
- Heats 2500 pounds of product to 2200°F in 18-20
minutes
- Two zones of control in common chamber

Slot Forge Furnaces
- Available with adjustable pre-cast
sills for a variety of stock sizes
- Removable roof for ease of
maintenance
- Temperature control with
thermocouple sensors to
minimize fuel consumption
- Can be integrated with automatic
handling systems
