Armil C.F.S. offers a full range of high temperature cloth for use as welding protection.

Refrasil^® Silica Cloth is well suited as a utility cloth for welding, grinding spark, and splatter protection for both personnel and equipment when doing component assembly or manual brazing. The low chlorides of Refrasil cloth eliminate problems of contamination when used for weld preheat and stress relieving thermal blankets. Refrasil welding cloth is available in 18 oz. (.030") or 36 oz. (.056").

• A single layer of silica cloth will often provide the same protection as several layers of other fabrics

• Can easily be fabricated

Armil C.F.S. can provide welding cloth in roll form (36" x 50 yd) or in prefabricated welding blankets. Prefabricated welding blankets are hemmed with high temperature thread and can be grommeted. Welding Pads fabricated from 1/4", 1/2" or 1" silica batt encapsulated in silica cloth are also available. Your company logo and part number can be stenciled on the cloth for a small additional set up charge.
